TAHIR YILMAZ, who had been the shareholder for 50% of the Company
established in August 1992, took over all the shares in July 1999
and rendered it a family-owned company.
In addition to production, substantial investments have been made in
the area of quality control; and analyses of wheat and the product
produced are performed in our present laboratories.
Whereas the production capacity was 180 tons/day of wheat in the
beginning, it was raised to 250 tons/day of wheat in December 2003
after the technological upgrading carried out.

Type 550, Type 650, Type 850 and Special Purpose Wheat Flour are
produced.
Before wheat is taken, their analyses are performed in our quality
control laboratories, and they are classified and stored. The wheat
quantity that will be able to deliver the qualities of the kind of
flour to be produced is identified. The wheat that constitutes this
quantity is exposed to a series of controls in the washing,
conditioning and recessing phases also after passing through the
cleaning unit. The wheat quantity that arrives at the first breaking
tube is in a state of conformity with the standards for grinding.
The main product (flour) and the intermediate products (bran of
various sizes) that arrive at the tubes during grinding are under
constant control. Production is performed completely under hygienic
conditions and without hand contact.
Customers are informed about the character and processing conditions
of our flour whereof all the controls have been performed at our
factory; and we help them with any kind of problems that they may
encounter in their production.
